Document glossary
You haven't gone through the guidance tool yet, but you already want an idea of the kind of documents you need to add to your application? Look up the explanation of each document in the document glossary.
Instructions to upload documents in the e-portal
- Only provide us with documents in pdf format.
- Send us one pdf per document.
- Give the pdf the name that corresponds to the content of the document.
- If a document is too large to be mailed in one pdf, divide it into several pdfs.
Examples
- Proof of identity: front + back in one pdf document
- Application form: one pdf document
- Diploma: front + back in one pdf document
- Transcript/diploma supplement: one pdf document (usually 3-4 pages)
- Thesis: one pdf document
- Study programme: one pdf document
- Study programme too large to send in one pdf: pdf with study programme part 1 + pdf with study programme part 2
- Proof of work experience: one pdf document
